Booking Information

Overview

Rental Period is throughout the year
£350 per week


Deposit: 45%
Full payment: due within 4 weeks of your start date.


All our bookings require a deposit to confirm place and the dates associated. The deposit must be received in 7 days of making the reservation. Once enquiry has been made to us about your booking, through email we shall send a booking form and letter confirming the days. Once deposit has been made this secures your booking, final payment is paid within the 4 weeks before you arrive.


If you book a stay with us and the dates are within 4 weeks then full payment will be required on the day of arrival or beforehand at the time of booking.


Cancellations

For cancellations:
From 6 weeks or more : forfeit deposit
Within 4 weeks notice : 50% of the rental
Within 2 weeks notice : Full deposit and payment not refunded


If the accommodation is unavailable for reasons unknown and not in our control, then we will try to find an alternative date for your holiday. A full refund will be given back if the alternative dates for your accommodation cannot be made.

Additional Information

We the owners of the cottage do not accept any responsibility for damage, injury, loss of possessions of any members staying at the cottage. Unless it was proven to be our fault or any fault by the employee or contractor involved. Information on tenants is kept confidential at all times from booking onwards.


Damages will be paid for by the object that was damaged if no repair is available there will be a surcharge of £50 and an extra £50 if damage was not reported.


The airports nearest the cottage are Cardiff and Birmingham international, regular flights operate from here and there are services with information on hire cars for the area.
